Rates shown for all units are based as follows:
One bedroom = one or two person occupancy.
Two bedroom = up to four person occupancy *Higher
price is for outside unit.
Extra guest charge of $25.00 plus tax per night, per person (child
or adult)
will apply in all units that allow additional registered guest.

No groups or singles allowed. Security deposit required
Tax rate of 7% must be added to all rates shown
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Advance deposit of 1/2 of your stay plus tax must be received to
confirm a reservation.
We accept MC, VISA, AMEX.
Balance due at check-in, cash or CC as stated, NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Cancellation: If up to 30 days prior to stay all advance deposit returned,
minus a $25.00 processing fee.
